REFUNDS

At Dolce Vita Flowers, we strive to ensure every customer is delighted with our fresh and beautiful floral arrangements. Our policies are designed to provide clarity and maintain the quality of service you expect from us.

Refunds on Floral Products

Fresh flowers perish quickly, so the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to bouquets and floral arrangements (Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), Section 29 (1) d): once they have been delivered or picked up, we cannot take them back or refund them if you change your mind. If a bouquet arrives damaged or does not match your order, contact us within 24 hours of receiving it and send a photo, and we will replace it or refund the price. Your statutory rights for faulty goods are not affected.

Vases, Balloons and Other Durable Items

For durable products (for example vases or balloons) you may withdraw within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason: write to us at ilove@dolcevitaflowers.app and return the item unused.

Subscription Cancellations

Our subscription plans are flexible to accommodate your needs:

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time in your account.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period: deliveries already paid for still arrive, and no further charges are made. Each subsequent month of your subscription is paid for automatically two days before it starts. To avoid being charged, cancel your subscription at least three days before the next month starts.

No refunds will be issued for the current cycle once a subscription delivery has commenced.

Special Circumstances

In rare cases of errors on our part, such as incorrect deliveries or damaged items upon arrival, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. Please write to us at ilove@dolcevitaflowers.app with proof of purchase and photos of the issue, and we will replace the item or refund its price.
